Gallery Oksasenkatu 11is happy to announce the selections of the Open Call for 2024

The selected artists and curators are Aino Aksenja, Nicole Cecilie Bitsch Pedersen & Jo Mikkel Sjaastad Huse & Johanna Fager, Julia Fidder (curating), Jasmine Färling & Clare Bottomley, Tuukka Petteri Haapakorpi, Sini Henttu, Eero Karjalainen & Leevi Toija (curating), Tina Mariane Krogh Madsen, Dana Neilson, Vili von Nissinen & Nina Mutik, Anne Roininen & working group, Tuuli Teelahti, Maria Valkeavuolle and Elisa Villota.

We received 115 applications in total, out of which 13 proposals were selected. In making the selection, we paid particular attention to how the 2024 theme presence was dealt with in the application. In addition, we attempted to create as diverse a program as possible for the next year.

The Open Call was juried by Athanasía Aarniosuo, Jenna Jauhiainen and Utu-Tuuli Jussila.
